Sequent's Web-based product management training program is the first of its kind. It is a virtual instructor-led program which is delivered through a series of on-line, real time lectures. A skilled facilitator will introduce participants to the roles and responsibilities of the product manager, the teams they lead, and organization structures within which they work. This course brings the job into perspective by showing participants what has to be done, when, and by whom, to deliver the right products to the right markets at the right time. Furthermore, participants learn how to optimize the performance of their current products in the market. Each class is delivered over a three or four-week period of time, at a conveniently agreed upon schedule, with six sessions lasting approximately 1.5 - 2.0 hours each. The topics discussed are the same as the instructor-led class, Fundamentals of Product Management. All you need is an internet connection and a telephone.

Session 3 - Market Research and Analysis: Industry, Competitors, and Customers
Session 4 - Financial Planning and Analysis - The Business Case and Financial Tools
Session 5 - Oversight of Product Development and the Product Launch
Session 6 - Post-launch product management, Life Cycle Phases and Marketing Mix Management
